Grace Willow has 20 years’ experience working in the creative industries as a choreographer, dance teacher, actor, producer and facilitator. She is the founder of Joy in Dance and through this work, she has encouraged and facilitated thousands of people to dance together at festivals, workshops and other events across the UK and abroad. Grace believes that dance is for everyone and a great way to promote body positivity, creative expression, connection and joy.

Founded in 2012 the Outta Puff Daddys are an over 40's, all male, dance crew from from Brighton. Their mission is to spread joy, positivity and create change in society's approach to mental health. Transforming lives for the better...one dad-dance step at a time! During the pandemic, their social content was a huge success with followers actively using their uplifting routines and mental health strategies for their own well-being. Now reaching over 1 million accounts globally per month, they highlight the positive impact we can all make to other peoples lives.

Thought it wasn't possible, well wait till you hear this class act band who will keep you on your feet all afternoon!
