No effort is needed from you, simply arrive with an open heart and mind. Get comfortable, relax, and allow us to lead you through a soothing soundscape that nurtures you on every level. Please bring a yoga mat to this session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund. If we need to cancel the workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
