With unwavering support from his wife and family, Thomas embarks on a journey of rebuilding, reigniting the "embers of his life" and finding solace in running and ongoing therapy. As he reflects on his current endeavors, Thomas defies expectations, balancing his role as a mechanical engineer with a diverse array of pursuits.
