Join Shane for a beautiful morning breath session, where he will take you on a journey of groundedness, presence, energy, and clarity, the perfect way to start the day. These sessions will be in three parts. Part One – Coming Home-Subtle conscious breathing, this part allows us to ground into the space and settle into our soma, connecting to the heart space and feeling grounded and balanced. Part Two: Energy! This part ramps up the speed and focuses on an energy shift. These deep, quicker breaths with mullah bandha root lock allow us to make deep and powerful shifts, feeling wakeful, lively, and powerful. Part Three: Humming breath aka Bhramari or bee breath will finish this session with balance and full mind clarity. This three-part session all comes together beautifully, leaving you feeling fresh, focused, energised, and abundant! Please bring a yoga mat to this session.
