Laughter Yoga

Service Description

Laughter yoga with reiki infused meditation. Join Cat for a truly joy-FULL and uplifting session where you get to feel fully yourself again. Laughter yoga is a series of laughter exercises that involve engaging your diaphragm to produce deep, hearty and loud belly laughter combined with deep belly breathing which brings more oxygen to your brain and body. The extended laughter releases endorphins bringing you to a place of pure JOY and the breath work brings you back into balance and ease. The session finishes with laughter meditation where you have the opportunity to really let your laughter flow; this is followed by a Reiki infused guided meditation to bring your body and mind back to a relaxed and grounded state. This session is suitable for all levels; all you need to bring is your curiosity and a willingness to laugh.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund. If we need to cancel the workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
