Giant outdoor games will be available for everyone to enjoy in the Children's Area. From giant Jenga to quoits, bean bags and more, there will be something for everyone. These games offer an opportunity for children to have fun, play together, and engage in some physical activity. They also provide an excellent opportunity for parents and caregivers to bond with their children and enjoy some quality time together. With a variety of hands-on crafting activities to choose from, kids can unleash their artistic talents and express themselves in unique ways. Whether it's making painting, creating a fun DIY project, the festival provides an opportunity to unplug from technology and connect with the joy of creating something with your own hands.

Skipping
Lizzie from Skipping Workshops
Lizzie from Skipping Workshops will be bringing some traditional playground fun to the event with her expertise in skipping and individual rope tricks. Children from the age of 4 and above, as well as adults, are invited to join in and have some fun. Lizzie's knowledge of long rope, elastics, and other traditional playground games will keep the kids entertained and active. Skipping is not only a fun activity, but it also promotes physical activity, coordination, and can be a great way to burn off some energy. Lizzie's inclusion in the event adds a unique and exciting element that will be enjoyed by all ages. Children and adults alike will benefit from the opportunity to learn new skills, engage in physical activity, and have some fun with others.

Family Workouts
Mr Move It
Fast, fun, family workouts that are as effective as they are entertaining. Fusing together storytelling, exercise, music and dance, Mr Move It is there to bridge the gap between personal trainer and children’s entertainer. Since launching in 2020, Mr Move it has become the face of children’s fitness for Virgin Media’s pop up channel ‘Get Moving’ providing daily workouts throughout lockdown.

Shane Cooke will be leading a guided meditation with positive affirmations for children. The meditation aims to calm and centre children, helping them start their day on a positive note. Using a mixture of yoga, drama games, gratitude practices and calming breath work, we will work together to complete kindness challenges. Through role play we will practice empathy and compassion and your children will become aware of how they think, speak and behave in different situations. Ultimately your kids will learn skills and create habits that will benefit themselves, others and the world around them.
Family Silent Disco Yoga

Join us for an upbeat family-friendly silent disco yoga class that will be perfect for families who are looking for a fun and energetic way to bond and move together. The class will be led by the engaging Silent Yoga UK instructors who will guide participants through a series of invigorating yoga poses that are suitable for all ages and skill levels. The wireless headphones will provide an immersive experience as participants groove to a lively and uplifting playlist that combines upbeat music with yoga movements. This class is a great way for families to shake off their inhibitions, let loose, and have fun while also getting a great workout. Pre-book to avoid disappointment!
